Mark Schleicher brings over 25 years of successful frontline fundraising experience with higher education foundations and vital community organizations specializing in education, conservation, and healthcare.
Mark began his fundraising career at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin, where he contributed to the $1.86 billion Create the Future campaign. He then moved west to the University of Montana Foundation, where he recruited and led a national volunteer network that helped to raise over $172 million for the Invest in Discovery Campaign; and showcased leadership as Director of Development for the College of Health during UM’s $450 million Campaign Montana.
Additionally, Mark has significant experience with smaller community organizations, including the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin and the Montana Natural History Center, where he led fundraising teams and played key roles in executive leadership.
Mark has developed deep knowledge and connections within Montana’s nonprofit community. A proud resident of Missoula, he is dedicated to supporting and enhancing his local community.
