Curt Miner – President and Founder
Curt Miner has over 30 years of successful leadership and fundraising experience in organizations specializing in arts and culture, education, and healthcare. Ranging from internationally acclaimed arts organizations to regional and major research universities, Curt has provided the leadership necessary for ongoing and sustainable success.
Curt’s accomplishments include successful tenures with the University of Washington Medical School, leading the major gift effort for the School of Medicine and providing leadership for the Department of Pediatrics research fundraising efforts in collaboration with Seattle Children’s Hospital. Curt also served as the Director of Development and Chief Development Officer for Pacific Northwest Ballet, one of the largest ballet companies in America, during an important transition from the founding artistic directors to the current artistic leadership. Curt served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Director of the Capital Campaign for Eastside Catholic School’s $70 million campus. Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Curt, serving as CEO, completed the successful start-up of the Seattle Science Foundation, a global leader in medical education and research, partnering with industry, hospitals, and physician thought leaders worldwide.
As a seasoned executive in organizational development, fundraising and leadership, Curt has served as a consultant with organizations working in health and human services, education, arts and culture, and conservation. Curt’s consulting work has included organization culture change, strategic planning, governance and board development, organization and development audits, development planning and implementation, major gifts and capital projects, strategic prospect development, feasibility studies and market research, campaign preparation and planning, campaign management, volunteer and staff training, and executive coaching.
